We want you to love what you wear. If something is not right, you can return it.

Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at weldario87@gmail.com with your order number before the 14 days expire.

Our extended return window

Beyond the legal minimum, we accept returns for 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of items with visible signs of use, make-up, perfume or deodorant marks.

How to return

Email weldario87@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We reply within 48 hours with the return address and instructions.
Send the parcel back. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank it can take a further 3-10 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping costs are refunded for full-order withdrawals under EU law.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We cover the return cost and send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
