Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. No minimum spend, no surprises at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times

Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria: 7-14 business days
Rest of the European Union: 8-16 business days
United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 10-18 business days
United States, Canada: 9-18 business days
Rest of the world: 12-25 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, public holidays and peak seasons can add time.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email once the parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take 3-5 days to start updating.

Split shipments

If you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You are never charged extra for this.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders within the European Union include all applicable taxes; there is nothing further to pay. For orders outside the EU, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your shipping address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody collected it, we refund the order minus the actual return cost, or reship at the customer's expense.

Lost parcels

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your parcel has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us at weldario87@gmail.com and we will replace it or refund you in full.
